6ssix Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "6ssix," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the platform accessible at https://6ssix.org and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 6ssix platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the 6ssix platform.
• "Platform" means the 6ssix website, mobile-optimised interface, and all casino, sportsbook, live dealer, and instant game services available through it.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and credited to the Account in PKR, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or any other non-deposited value awarded by 6ssix under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total wager amount a Player must complete before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole transactional currency of the 6ssix platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 6ssix prior to processing withdrawals or upon request.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any schedules or supplementary policies incorporated by reference.

By accessing the 6ssix Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an Account or use the Platform in any capacity.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 6ssix with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

6ssix reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account. It is your responsibility to keep your registered contact details current.

To register and maintain an Account on 6ssix, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 6ssix enforces this requirement via CNIC verification. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. You must be registering and playing in your own name, on your own behalf, and for your own personal entertainment only.
3. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — whether imposed by 6ssix or any other gaming platform — at the time of registration.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 6ssix or any of its affiliated gaming providers.
5. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and update it promptly if it changes. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your valid mobile number, and your current mailing address.

Each individual may hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate or secondary Accounts — for any reason, including attempting to claim a welcome bonus a second time — is strictly prohibited. 6ssix uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate Accounts and will close them without prior notice upon detection.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6ssix login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcode (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All transactions and wagers placed using your Account login credentials will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether they were in fact placed by you personally, unless you have previously notified 6ssix in writing that your Account credentials have been compromised.

• Use a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable OTP-based two-factor authentication where available in your Account settings.
• Never access your 6ssix Account from a shared, public, or unsecured device or network.
• Log out of your Account at the end of every session, particularly on shared devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to 6ssix support immediately at [email protected].

6ssix will never ask you for your full password via any communication channel. Any message — via email, live chat, or SMS — requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team without delay.

6ssix accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposits must originate from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of deposit. 6ssix reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

• Deposits are typically credited to your 6ssix Real Money Balance within five minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one to two business hours for bank transfers.
• 6ssix does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• Deposits that fail due to incorrect details entered by the Player are the Player's sole responsibility. 6ssix is not liable for funds lost due to Player error during the deposit process.
• 6ssix reserves the right to decline any deposit or request source-of-funds documentation where it deems necessary for compliance purposes.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account or bank account registered in the same name as your verified 6ssix Account. 6ssix does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete full KYC verification. This requires submission of a clear copy of your valid CNIC and, where requested, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address. 6ssix aims to complete KYC review within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving complete documentation.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business days following approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and bank.
• Any active Bonus Funds in your Account must satisfy their respective Wagering Requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• 6ssix reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds, which may extend processing times.

6ssix will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

6ssix offers various promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are published alongside the offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions that apply to all 6ssix promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise:

1. Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player, per Account, per household, and per device unless the promotion terms explicitly permit multiple claims.
2. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain when a bonus expires will be removed from your Account automatically.
3. 6ssix reserves the right to exclude specific games or game categories from contributing toward Wagering Requirements. Live dealer games, jackpot slots, and certain high-RTP titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in the offer terms.
4. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using bonuses, exploiting software errors, or coordinating with other Players to generate artificial wagering volume — is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of related winnings.
5. Welcome bonuses are exclusively available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit. Any Player found to have claimed a welcome bonus on more than one Account will have all associated Accounts closed.

All bets and wagers placed on the 6ssix Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules of each game or betting market. Game-specific rules are accessible within the interface of each game. Sportsbook betting rules, including settlement policies, void bet conditions, and in-play betting limitations, are published in the 6ssix sportsbook rules section.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. 6ssix does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where a technical error demonstrably affected the odds or the bet placement process.
• In the event of a technical fault, server error, or incorrect odds displayed due to a system malfunction, 6ssix reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• Cricket and PSL betting markets are settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. 6ssix does not accept responsibility for typographical errors in event listings and reserves the right to correct or void markets where errors are identified.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• 6ssix reserves the right to limit maximum winnings per bet, per event, or per Player where it has reasonable grounds to believe that unusual or suspicious wagering patterns are present.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6ssix Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent KYC or verification process.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or circumvent any security or fairness measure.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or payment system to derive an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software exploit are void and will be removed from the Account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including coordinated wagering strategies designed to manipulate game outcomes or artificially satisfy Wagering Requirements.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 6ssix staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the Accounts of other Players or interfering with the Platform's systems or infrastructure in any way.

6ssix is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that online casino and sports betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. All Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in the Account dashboard at any time.

The following tools are available to all registered 6ssix Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you may not log in or place any bet.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 6ssix Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. A self-excluded Player may not register a new Account. 6ssix will use reasonable technical measures to prevent a self-excluded individual from accessing the Platform.

All content on the 6ssix Platform — including but not limited to the 6ssix logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 6ssix or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written permission from 6ssix.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Use the 6ssix brand name, logo, or any substantially similar marks in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or printed materials — without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of 6ssix intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to legal action.

6ssix collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 6ssix collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, authentication, and maintenance.
• Payment processing and fraud prevention.
• KYC and age verification compliance.
• Customer support and dispute resolution.
• Responsible gaming monitoring and intervention.
• Marketing communications (where you have provided explicit consent).

6ssix does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification services, and licensed game providers as strictly necessary to provide the Platform services. All third-party data processors are bound by contractual data protection obligations consistent with our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6ssix's total aggregate liability to any Player — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6ssix shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable at the time it arose:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical faults outside of 6ssix's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account closure for breach of Terms.
• Losses caused by a Player's own negligence, including failure to maintain account security.
• Any indirect, special, or consequential loss of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 6ssix's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

6ssix reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a Player — 6ssix will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your Account before the amended Terms take effect.

For non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates required by changes in applicable law — 6ssix may update these Terms with immediate effect and will notify Players of the change via a notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 3. Any Real Money Balance remaining in a closed Account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with Section 6.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 6ssix is licensed and operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and 6ssix, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved promptly through direct communication. Our support team can be reached via live chat on the Platform or by email at [email protected].

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, 6ssix operates a formal complaints procedure. To initiate a formal complaint:

1. Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint."
2. Include your full name, Account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
3. 6ssix will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 business days.

6ssix's decision on formal complaints is final within the bounds of the Platform's internal dispute resolution process. Players retain the right to seek independent legal advice at any time.
